Clearing MIDI Learn Panel

I have a MIDI Learn panel - with some entries in it I cant seem to get rid of - they seem to be for controls I no longer have in my interface - and or an actual Panel ... any way to clear the data and start again?

simple highlight the row and hit delete...

There's also a button in the custom settings panel to clear all MIDI learn assignments.
