How to Change Label Right Click Popup Menu BG Color ?

If it is possible by modifying C++ source code please tell me the name of the file.

Not sure though whether it affects the label popup too, but it actually should do so.

But if you want to change Label/Document Window Popup Menu this not gonna work.
