Change y position with knob

I guess it's something simple, but I have a knob (with range 1-100) and an image. I'd like to move the image on the y axis by the value of the knob as the knob is adjusted. So, if the value of the knob is at 0, y position of the image is 0. When the knob is at 100, the y position of the image is set to 100. Help, please :-)

In this example I used a panel. You need to use the image instead of it.
