Pitch LFO modulation for fx plugin
-
Hello,
Im trying to create a Pitch LFO modulation for a fx plugin.
The option is only available for sample based projects. So my question is how can I add lfo pitch modulations to the fx plugin im creating?
-
@BWSounds There's no Pitch FX module so you have to create your own in scriptnode. Not an easy task though... I tried to replicate some algorithms with no real success. It's a recurring demand so maybe one day Santa will get us one :)
You might get something with a delay line though, but it won't be easy if you want a particular pitch value to modulate. -
@BWSounds Here's a simple example if you find it useful...

@ustk Thank you for the reply and example, I'll look deeply into it.
-
@ustk This Is So Heavy On CPU! Almost 30% On My Macbook Air 2017 i5
-
@Natanr Yes it is (but 4% only on my iMac i7), I don't like that either, that's the fault of the frame and oversample containers, but if you remove them, artefacts guaranteed...
-
@ustk 2% here without the orversampling, and seems to work...

@ustk Okey, But In Other Scenario That I sent Before, There Was Nasty Aliasing Without Oversampling.
-
@Natanr Depends on the LFO speed I reckon...
