VST crashes on delete

Ok, I'm experiencing a strange issue - I'm testing the instrument on both Windows and Mac. Everything loads and plays just fine. However, when I delete the vst plugin I've created in Hise from the track, the DAW crashes instantly. Have you experienced anything like that before? And if so - could you please share how to fix it?
