Hise as plugin doesn't load the Extra Mod slots

Yeah weird one when Hise is built as plugin...
So despite having HISE_NUM_SCRIPTNODE_FX_MODS=8, the extra slots are not appearing in any module of the project (and of course the extra_mod nodes in the different networks have a red warning)
