Bug in Instrument's effect level?

The level of an instrument's effects appears at max level even if no signal is coming out of the generator. It's making all my meters go wild

@DanH That's correct, the audio passes through the effect chain before going through the sound generator's volume control and out to the main chain.

Add a simple gain to control the volume instead.
