I'm getting an error when I try to export a VSTi on Windows - "Hise image directory not found". Any ideas?

just select propertly HISE folder in compiller setings.
But last build makes VSTi with audio prefs buttons, they are killing the host when pressed

The path where HISE is installed or the project folder?

Yes this is the first thing it checks and complains but I'll add a better error message....

Thanks for the tip! I got it to export but when I open the VSTi in Reaper it says it can't find the samples, do they need to be in the same folder as the DLL?

Yep, I think, final structure have to include setting path in the host to the library folder as VST path.
I don't know what and where is wrong, but the yesterday build (from 24 ours ago) makes VSTi with audio prefs button, and standalone HISE without :D
Now I'm building the patch in the previous HISE, and exporting with the last

Will it always be necessary to compile on different platforms or is there the possibility of compiling plugins for all platforms from one?

What you are referring to is called cross compiling and this is hardly possible (I think you can compile for Linux with the latest Visual Studio, but OSX will remain the castle that it is).

This is why I am using Apple hardware with Bootcamp so I have both OS available.

Another reason for the HISE Player :)
