Active CPU profiling not working

This very neat feature seems not to work on latest HISE development build on mac.

If there is a fix/setting i need to toggle lmk.

@Straticah You need to set

HISE_INCLUDE_PROFILING_TOOLKIT=1

in the projucer when compiling HISE. Have you done that? I'll probably change the default to be enabled soon, but for now I'll leave it disabled by default.

@Christoph-Hart I think he's missing the CPU percentages on individual nodes (which were quite nice, frankly).

I did miss these when they disappeared.
It was useful for watching realtime CPU when doing certain actions.

Although there is perhaps a better alternative
