Preset Browser Tags - Proper Customisation

Is this a thing yet or are we still bound by LAF and the Preset Browser restrictions? I'd love to be able to put the tag buttons wherever I want and have them scan through expansions as well

@DanH Looks like you can apply some CSS styling to them but that is about the extent, I think the location and function will remain the same.
