@Christoph-Hart The Moog LP creates a very bad clipping when moving quickly the cutoff freq downward, even with the Q all the way down...

Can't help pressing F5 in the forum...

@ustk Are you sure that your master volume is not too high? Could just be a general volume issue. If you want to post a Hise Snippet too, that might also help diagnose the problem :)

          Thanks @JMooreo
I checked with a very low level: OSC -20dB => Moog LP => Simple Gain -12dB
If you turn the cutoff very quickly you get some crazy spikes happening (my monitors even activate the clipping security)
Some other filters are doing some spikes as well (for instance the biquad), but not clipping like the moog

          Here's a snippet:

There're even a lot of parasites that are really obvious on a low sine
I know it has no sense to filter a sine but the parasites are here anyway in any combined waveforms
Maybe it is normal (I don't know well synthesis) but all of that sounds strange to me...

@ustk I noticed the "parasites" you were talking about, I found that after compiling the code and running it in a DAW, the parasites disappeared, let me know if this fixes your issue :)

Yeah the moog filter is really bad when you modulate it. Use the ladder 4 pole instead.

@Christoph-Hart ok... I already use the ladder, I just wanted another color in order to implement two filters at the same time in my synth
