Side note for chat users, everything that works in the forum works in the chat too. Except that there's no menu bar, but the syntax is the same.
For images, I create a dummy forum post where I insert an image and paste the result into the chat.
It would have been more useful to simply have the same menu bar in the chat though...
For those who want to share snippets via the chat, I highly encourage to use the same tags as in the forum, this makes the chat easier to read, use, and especially edit...
