Can't Select the Webview

Am I correct that the WebView component can neither be selected, nor has any parameters in the inspector (e.g., starting page) other than what are in the the screenshot below?

Also, could someone please point me to @Christoph-Hart's examples (on GitHub)?

EDIT: The answer is no, you cannot select a WebView component in the interface designer. Nor are there any other parameters (e.g., root directory location).
