delay problem 2

Hello, I have a little problem with the delays. the first is the delay module which emits unbearable crackling noises (I had already mentioned the subject but without a solution). I therefore decide to take a scriptnode delay which works very well in hise but once the plugin is compiled there is a latency before the delay is activated. I put an fx script in routing matrix and I manage the intensity of the delay with a volume gain on channels 3/4. so that channels 1/2 continue to broadcast the normal signal. but this latency is incomprehensible. for example I put a simple drum loop at 120 bpm, I activate the fx delay script and a second later the delay kicks in. Do you have a solution to this? THANKS :)

perhaps post a snippet =- and the network xml?

I just took the delay basic from scriptnode and on another project the delay module from hise. I don't have any concrete plans. I just tested by exporting with 3 knobs to control the delay. nothing crazy but I see it’s a mess -
