Assistance for updateing 3.5 to latest version

I have used HISE for a while and updated it before but for the life of me I cannot remember how to update it and recompile it. I dont want to mess up. I still have everything installed and have been using 3.5 but I want to update. Can anyone give me a step by step to take advantage of all the new features please?

fI have everything downloaded and opened in Projucer but I cannot remember what flags etc to set before saving and opening in VS. can someone help me with that part at least?

Either you delete your HISE source folder and redownload/rebuild/etc. or you use git (and still rebuild).
