Hi Brothers, Is there a way to be able to Double+Click and Enter value for a knob? Is this a HISE Feature?

@tianboguang if you mean the factory knob, just click once in the value field and type the value.

If you must have a double-click to type the value, go for the panel component and set a keyPressCallback
And define the behavior inside the mouseCallback

Double click always resets to default value. As suggested, use shift+click or if you really need a fully customised reaction you have to use a panel, which isn't trivial
