JSFX/EEL2 implementation

JSFX is an extremely flexible and powerful framework for creation of effects and instruments (though the latter only supports monophonic synthesis for the time being). Its inclusion in HISE would be awesome; for example, a JSFX loader in Scriptnode, similar to the Faust one, would allow for JSFX effects to be used as effects on a HISE plugin. It used to be under BSD licence, but is now under LGPL.
