MIDILearnPanel cleanup

If I have some CC values assigned to controls, then open the MIDILearnPanel - it correctly shows them as assigned.

If at that point I also press "Clear MIDI CC" - the panel does not clear and refresh. I have to close the MIDILearnPanel and reopen.

This then shows me that there are no assigned CC values - BUT it still shows me empty rows for what was previously assigned, showing the INVERTED, MIN and MAX columns.
