Multi-Mic Crash on OSX

Is it true that each sampler only supports samples with the same exact multi-mic setup?
I was trying to map samples of two different snare drums that have different multi-mic schemes, so the mics are labeled differently. This caused a crash for me.Steps to reproduce:
- Open new HISE project.
- Add a new sampler in the Master Chain container
- Drop 3 samples into the sampler RR group 0 and use the Filename Token Parser to set low velocity and high velocity only. The 3 samples are the same instrument, note, velocity range, and round robin group, but have mic labels A, B, and C. All tokens are separated by underscores.
- Select these 3 samples and right click > Tools > Merge into Multimic samples.
- Select mic name token. Leave other settings default.
- Click OK.
- Drag 3 more samples in with mic labels D, E, and F.
- HISE instantly crashes for me.
What if I changed the D, E, and F labels to match A, B, and C?
Would the number of channels in each sample .wav file need to match? For example, if sample A is stereo, and I rename mono sample D to A, will that cause an issue?System details:

Nope
Drag 3 more samples in with mic labels D, E, and F.
Once you have a multi-mic sample map you can't add additional samples to it without it screwing up. If you want to add more samples then you need to do it in a text editor (this is often faster anyway if you have lots of samples).

Actually, there's a chance I misunderstood the question... All samples in a single sample map must have the same number of mic positions (at least I'm 99% sure that's the case). But you can have different sample maps with different amounts of mic positions that you load one at a time into the same sampler.

Okay, I might be able to work around this. Are sample maps in one sampler always loaded into RAM if nothing is purged? Or does switching sample map mean the instrument has to purge the old map and load the new map into RAM?

@ericchesek Yeah switching sample maps will unload the samples and load the new samples. Sounds like what you need is two samplers.

If im not wrong Christoph said that the sampler will be compiled with the current number of multi mic channels, I had issues in the past with this, if the sampler is compiled with 3 positions then you can't load a sample map with more than 3, the last ones will not play... I tried to compile the plugin with more mic positions in the sampler but when I call a samplemap with less mics the sampler will keep this limited number so if you load another sample map with more mics will not sound until you open another instance :/ I Don't know if this is fixable.

@d-healey Yeah im using static routing matrix, the problem isn't in the routing but in the mic positions. This is what doesn't resize with sample reloading
When I compiled the plugin with this settings works well with sample maps with 4 mic positions but if I load anything different doesn't work fine.
