Waveform Playback Inconsistencies

There appears to be a problem with the playback animation for the Waveform component when the sample id is changed whenever a new key is pressed/triggered.

If sounds are allowed to play until their conclusion, the system is more reliable. But if notes are "interrupted", then often the playback animation will freeze.

@clevername27 This happens in the sampler workspace as well sometimes. I guess they use the same waveform component.
