MIDI CC128 and 129

OK so the official range of MIDI CC Numbers is 0-127.

So just for my clarity of understanding:

When I use the Pitch Wheel I get values for CC 128, and when I use Channel(NOT poly!) aftertouch I get CC 129

So I am assuming that HISE (probably JUCE here) is getting the pitch change message and creating CC128 messages for me to see and process, same for aftertouch.

If this is true I'm guessing I can reliably assume whenever any controller device sends pitch or aftertouch this is going to happen?
