Difference Between Paint and LAF Functions?

Could someone please share what the difference(s) between the Paint and LAF functions? Thank you.

@clevername27 Paint routines are for panels, LAF is for everything else. The main difference when writing them is for panels you have the this object to get the panel's property while with LAF you have the obj object and a more limited set of properties.
