Is the a Way to View & Edit Bookmarks?

Is the a Way to View & Edit Bookmarks? There's an icon that looks like it might show bookmarks; I'm not sure how it was populated. When I select "Add Code Bookmark" from the context menu, there is no visual feedback, and nothing appears to indicate the presence of a bookmark. Likewise, there doesn't seem to be an interface to name the bookmark. Any ideas? Thank you.

@clevername27 ctrl+r pops this open. It's a list of functions in your script. You can double click them to jump to that bit of code.
