Packaging Issue on MacOS

I know this is not a purely HISE related question, but I still hope somebody would be able to help.
I just finished my first sample-intrument and wanted to use a script and packages file given by David Healey, but I was confronted with a problem I just couldn't figure out how to solve.

I changed all the names and identifiers, but whitebox is still looking for the old Demo File...

@VorosMusic Chances are you haven't replaced the payload in each package

Open the packages project in a text editor and use find/replace (I think that's what I showed in the video, no?)
