Arp / Glide

There's no setting for glide on the arp. I'm assuming there's no way to script it without scripting your own arp from scratch?

@DanH I guess you have to involve pitchbend in that case, or if the sounding instrument is within your plugin, you can use

			Synth.addPitchFade(int eventId, int fadeTimeMilliseconds, int targetCoarsePitch, int targetFinePitch)

@ulrik I have a glide script, but the two don't work together. In fact I find the Arp doesn't work with any other midi scripts, it just does its own thing.
