Adventures in ScriptFX - Multiband again....
-
So I have a multiband product I'm building, it starts by seperating out the input signal into 4 stereo channels using the std routers (heres the first of them):
Then I apply my ScriptFX node to each one, here it is - this is the dry so they are all all-pass LWR filters:
.So I have Dry(with this node attached) + 4 "wet" multiband channels (each also with the node attached and set up correctly using low, all, and high pass filters)
My problem here is that mixing the Dry and Wet signals back together at the end gives me some noticeable phasing(metallic) issues....
What am I doing wrong???

@Lindon In 100% Wet mode, when you change the split frequencies, are you getting crackles or hum tones on the exported plugin?

In here, I can't change the Linkwitz Riley Filter frequencies properly, there are lots of hum and crackle noises while setting the frequencies. I am using the scriptnode 3 band splitter template.
no I'm not getting any of that, changing band frequencies is fine, what I am getting at 50% wet/dry is a phasing effect - (that metallic sound)...Im using my own nodes - not any of the templates...

@Lindon Ok I think the metallic phasing sound is sort of fixed - there was a problem later in the audio chain... but its still showing up as a very slight delay.....
