Tooltip?

A while ago, I read that Tooltip Floating Tile has issues on somewhere in the forum.

Is the Tooltip working in the current develop branch? I see it is working but I just want to be sure if it causes crash or issues.

@d-healey hey David how do we align the text to center? Ive followed these steps but every time i try center or centre it say "Justification not found" :( Any help?
