CustomSettings weirdness

The data settings in the CustomSettings floating tile are not behaving correctly. Looks like an index is wrong somewhere. Changing debug mode from true to false hides the sample location settings. I'm guessing this issue was introduced at the same time as the OpenGL option.

@d-healey I believe this happened after OpenGL was added to the custom settings.
