Update old project/loading hr file

If I create a plugin and want release a update (not expansion) with a few added samples it will require the user to have to reinstall the hr. File.

What’s the best way to do this? Because when I test it out the plugin pulls up but the new samples won’t play. I have to click locate sample then install the hr that way.

I don’t want the user to have to do that…

Anyone understand what I’m trying to say?
Any help greatly appreciate.
