Scriptnode chorus
-
Sorry to bother you again with simple questions, but I've been away from HISE for a bit and I can't figure this out.
I'm trying to build a very simple chorus in scriptnode using these nodes:What I'm getting is a modulation of the pitch of the incoming sound (I'm using a waveform generator), both changing frequency and freq ratio.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

@alepan It needs to be mixed with the dry audio to get a chorus effect.

@alepan the multi should be in a split along with a chain for the dry like @lalalandsynth mentioned.
Place a delay on each side of the multi (they are Left & Right channels (actually you have a delay on the left and the mod on the right...)
And modchain on top of everything (not mandatory but easier because no need for a clear)in short
top -> Modchain (no clear needed)
bottom -> Split -> multi with 2 delays (unless you want it mono) + chain for dry signal -
@ustk @lalalandsynth thanks a lot for your time, yeah that was quite basic actually... I definitely need to re-work from the ground up ;)

@ustk @lalalandsynth
I tried this but that's no chorus effect at all...
I'm likely not getting your suggestions right...HiseSnippet 1897.3oc6ZrzaaTDdV6LtwIsk9HUzCbvG3PpTHrqaZRi3Pbd1FQShUbZZQBovz0isWx5YV1cbRLHjPhKbAwQTuwOA3H2p3bEpRvUj3m.W3L7M6rq2cSVm53Tm9.7gT+8Xlu2eey3okc4lTOOtKRK+VscnHsyiqzlIZrXChECs5RHsKfW7tar48qryVKWYKzBscHddzpHMsr2QxhV9gP9e9q4VfXSXlzHTHz1bKS58rZZIhvVtzGZYauBoJcKqlw3dpRqZxYKxs4s.0IKVG4PL2kTmtNQxVFLRK2xUsDb2JBhf5gzFZAd01UZv2mo3eaKOqGYSk.FnJvFoPuB2tpTikXQK1vxtZ4Py1CgzvkibBYUNgwvqYU0pC9Hmwk7ITHZEw8GZYRpdYSndFwUO8XpWJpjVLUZHkJcYbESWKGQDEo9LJdUlf5Vi.t83phhWj1SvKxAFXhIaR1kthK.zYAiOst9DEf+biOnVKlovhyJvYqyEzMXieiQ9hQxOxWNRgCSpVsToIEiK21l5lJYYj183V33rVMeD0chB6QraQ6vHX9I8o3t6SiGxMUVcLF4rUYVhMbnrtkHfBbUv2t+pKQDDYfH.GvmC0UXIUAskn6AY0pvRd7RTucEbGHu9HwLHagWskMQjLERV2DP.7AIhaxfCyyRzNdc0Kr7pdUEuLtrkvrQ55XlTzQvSMHzwfpwKfWtVMpoHRAGBuxCO6J8FInzCjoT3mO.rvJOzH0htuAGkf63RcHtzs3ksIsG2izzwltIniST3Q1bycqX84ziVU3nTgEjbLtYCBiQs85mhmb8rWw33CJaxaIrX0WiHbsN.pBWuUyJPaZS5hAZGfSKirFRAqKgk4EUnrp9.+C7IfngDVKfnQHwXkeqSE6yc20ObD7cHXn78d9N4cpcfAZdaa99Kxa5XEjkBw.ebk41scZvYVlRTJNB0z4axaABIPc0xrNuJ3.vqPLAGU6xDQCY9ur+AjrQcmzrSRWBYGE2kdL4lDN3RY2fPaJMF+wVYkzUViRZxs6h3Ztvfsh63mHfRn.WOlBjfqSuXOOdeWhSyV1BKCTWsZOGaXjc+IsLoKshnmiO9zKsyg8kT2Ejh7oWPukxr3U80biAukMBNTXIk0XwMtPN5OwkMQXi6YBGRSNV3nFmKcxXjOYRSVLZSOHb75RVPlFo8BsfF7p1uIv.vqxpROP1w+8fY1kIxhAgh0bcf.QslEaaYyO3qX8I0QqQNnC7T.bEA0Q1rUBa.vRqLmb1GEkXcnXaZtiaSuUhM8bX8Iz0gln6R2W4uTMUUmQaEW5m0hxLaGJq7C8qOE9bueZNT2LBiDxKG1P+PVg9DFAskjaegMks.i1+u86YW4qKMRITu5jL5pS5NvvCTB9huoC871TUgY4FDuiwU2S6RN+SNcXUI5jYHTrT37XOq5EgZhj4uWD2D92ICochRdyjH8S6j6DTnNjSnK5eNrCkbnwBipJ97Ibhz7ghNJ2VD25TgWvYaYTS0jS+lMqB61v3OsJEJ.ihNRriBGyEP5egMzKtZ3jVeWo3enLIDbjyLpb9U81VR0jXG5Og44wbecLiDNvK.X8blLfzoH3mo2JqFFJa08Kbi0WXLfoapaneSfzryd6olcFcifDD0MkO7h6ydRpVDo2QJJZNeKAGJI5b+3AVD4RImYdFLzbTbWlPOflZdgXSMM9+wlChwlO9W96w+32+ONAiMmtKVQ5iMCux8+YGaNR3XSiWSmadN+4lFm8CNyGLww307ImQ1waXiNwO29RuTGU18nahr65GcbVP1c8jSwTil54vR1z6fG1R7idRj2J5W8KpymOte3wO9mmKtWzG6Sp+iWqzQaDEsKniWzHzQDcouqTOI5O4pK8ayoBiUZx4hFVr5wk+u+rm9NNkPCdS+73ModTQhFYwc.Cph4b94K8R5xItNtKILCCspzOb0Ux6tJqhk0mxOFSMqtgwzIOBvUgxwoJVr3L5yLyT2dJiapOKJsDnKg9pyUq1XOoGO8QTKkdWU5ZGmTxnxgKdLmEZP5XRK8Js4jCvIHm5MXANe2lD+e02S86ubMEwQwOfrG0+8L8cSWyGtF2sYg6PgC+qNnd2eRym0qOooSO+jlaXJ.UXKWByyg6QMhuyGhVw3zVhJZwRxtBUBtjl2Jf4EiugKEhrXbjkIrDaF.mXmVS9y7GB9mysLi7HaZEJXMU2H5RLw2fV1dzGXUUzvH9BiPWLN56RbqBwEyDOgT1i60cM5yW2M2qbut6qAOTXhWAKenNVwRd50kY6QsgpQec7JP4WMRKaQH1jkSqwY7vGhIJPuIU3ZUuN0MttmpAMuPPL2MByXk1jZSkWIpCp2sz8f6wSb8uSZ+4KLNwuHXpwqqiUpaAYOfBu99.uYei9Ad68pOnE3q1Qw2FCshKVvOTV3kSr7r3cgOKjQShoKeGS0yoKK5G1GCX2L++yGkGulDtfAZu3mtpILtXGSyvKnm9ZJ1Gq4l8wZlpOVys5i0LcerlY5i0b6icMxI0AWHWlyCHJur+gF0zTGVwO8G8u.3I+K2B

@alepan Almost there. You shouldn't modulate in a frameBlock but in a fixBlock instead.
Also, you can play a bit with the mod gain -
@ustk ok thank you!
