[feature request] Easier way to load saved floating window

Currently to load a floating window we have to open a json file in a text editor, copy the json, add a floating window, right click, and select load json. It would be nice to have an easier way, similar to how we can load and save popouts in the new_layout branch, but for floating windows.

Yes good idea. I could add a submenu to the view menu where you can select the same json files as with the popup button, but make it open as detachable floating tile window.
