Normalize panel data values

How do I best range panel data values that range from 0 to 600, for example, to a normalized range from 0 to 1???

@UrsBollhalder @d-healey These are indeed the full functions to convert to/from any min/max values.
But in a general case for less computation, if your values are both starting at 0, then value/max will give you a 0-1 value... So in your case Panel.data.value/600 is good enough ;)
