Remove the onControl callback

I can't see a good reason for it to exist come HISE 3.0. Could it be removed or hidden except for projects that already use it?

@d-healey I've never seen a real reason to have it anyway, except to offer another way of controlling things... Maybe it was useful at the very start of Hise
