Using JUCE 6 separately from HISE and JUCE 5?

Is it a good idea to use a separate installation of JUCE 6 or 5 in parallell to the HISE installation? (for JUCE plugin dev only)

I have my HISE files in a folder called /Applications/HISE/ and will install JUCE in /Applications/JUCE-separate/JUCE/. Should be fine right?

I mean, the JUCE files are used in relation to their own folders afik. But perhaps there are things that happens, bugs or other things someone knows about that I missed?

Found a settings folder for "Projucer" in /Users/user-name/Library/Application Support, which worries me here. But perhaps the projucer does not use much settings and the .jucer file does all the work.

(have not installed JUCE independently yet)
