@MikeB - so it seems the problems you are having are problems you have introduced, as @d-healey and @natan says - the golden rule is:

only one instance of HISE on a machine at any given time....

Is this now a competition to see who has the biggest?

                    I have lost :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@MikeB - no its a competiton to see who has the smallest - I think @natan is winning, tho he hasn't shown us the evidence yet (gripes from the person coming 2nd...)

                            Thanks for your tips guys

So the many versions also bother me - but should not be a problem on the Mac.

I will now reduce it to 2 again. If the deveop is now so far.

I think it's more what David says. A few small script weaknesses.

It could be - I want to try this out again - that the data is on a NAS to be backed up every few hours.
I'll get them back on the internal disk!

I could also work on the PC - but I don't want to :-)) - 35 years of Mac :-)

I'm running to keep up with you! - as we German losers say :-)

means: I keep you up to date.

HISE source code or HISE app???

I have one HISE source code folder (and use git to switch branches) but have 2-3 compiles. Master, dev, etc...

In the last 35 years I have never had a programm that crashes as often as HISE.
HISE crashes at the slightest change of a number and subsequent compile.
Every error leads to a crash instead of a message in the console.
No matter which version on Scriptnode, Master or Develop.

                                            Am I the only one?

                                            Mac 10.14.6
                                            Xcode 10.3

I'm on macOS 10.15.7 and also experience the occasional crash... But I'm on the develop branch at the moment, so... I try to be clever with source code, coding, not making stupid things, etc. but I do get a feeling that windows might have a little edge here?!
