create customizable pkg

what is the best way to create an installer with mac. currently i use package because we can affix certificates directly but we cannot create custom paths to send files to user folders. for windows I use inno setup and we can create paths in the system folders. my goal is just to create a pkg that will send the expansions to "application support / myvstdossier / expansion. I do not want to use the expansion system and its installer in hise because from time to time ke just wants to send free sounds. (I would only have to send a sample, a sample map and a preset to drag into the folder) . so i'm looking for how to create a pkg that will allow me to go to mac's system folders. you have an idea? thank you
