Scriptnode first attempts

OK so I've had nearly 2 days off- so I've been "fiddling about" with scriptnode.
Considerable thanks go to @lalalandsynth for the post showing his wobble/dude tape delay effect...I learned a lot.
So in the same spirit - here's my first run at a flanger - technically I think its doing everything it should - splitting and then delaying one copy of the signal - then varying the delay time (I actually delay both of them out of phase with each other - this should I think get nearer to a zero-crossing flanger), then having a feedback loop.
It just doesn't seem to be giving me a lot of "woosh" - so any input gratefully received..

Sometimes I find it hard to tell If I am doing something wrong or if there is something not working in SN.
For example is you listen to "chain" it almost sounds out of phase while "chain1" has a boost ( seems like "chain1 " is affected by the feedback, while "chain" is not ?)Having a look.

Its almost like something is wrong here in the SN environment, unless I am misunderstanding how the splitter chain works.
Like in this example ..the splitter chain should have a stereo signal going through each chain.
BUT...if you bring up the feedback of "Chain" 1 its only heard in one speaker , and then when you engage "Chain" there is some sort of weird phasing , even though the gain of that chain is down.So , think something is wrong , I have had some channel weirdness in my experiments as well.
