AudioResources.dat File

I managed to compile my plugin in mac format, fine.
I have placed component and vst file in library/audio/plugins/...
now i open the plugin with Fl studio, an error message appears:
File "../applicationsupport/hISE/plugin/audioresources.dat" can't be found

Is this file really needed ? If it's needed, so the future users must create folder and place this file on harddrive ?
