@ustk The PERC dropout occurs because it's directly the containers that are shut off.
They need to have a SimpleGain FX set to -100dB instead
Could you do it? I'm working on the Leslie and not ready to push... -
@ustk Next time we'll need a kind of online todo list...
-
@hisefilo Buttons in the menu shouldn't be saved in preset. In this case, each time you select a preset the panel closes...

Yep, forgot about that
-
@hisefilo Have you had the time to prepare the IR?
-
@ustk not yet!!
-
I might find another one, checking...
-
AU doesn't pass the pluginval test for "No types found"...
-
@ustk mmmmmm thats unkonw terrain for me..... this is Juce host?
-
@hisefilo Nope, Pluginval comes from here https://github.com/Tracktion/pluginval
It's a nice tool for testing your exports ;)I think the type has something to do with "Instrument" or something...
It's the first time I get this error so I don't know what flag corresponds to it... -
@hisefilo But hey! You said it works in Logic, reaper... and here I tried Ableton with no problem, so we don't need to bother with it now, but later we should correct this...
-
@ustk Could it be related to this - https://forum.hise.audio/topic/2487/define-instrument-type-for-vsti-list
-
@ustk yeah. agree.
we need to test Ableton Win. it's a nightmare with embedded fons -
@d-healey Just tested with one of my instruments and the type test returns 1
I compared the two project.xml pref, they do not differ
Still investigating, if it works for one it should work for the other too... -
@d-healey I found a solution here:
https://forum.juce.com/t/pluginval-au-plugins-returning-no-types-but-play-fine-in-logic/36687In the terminal:
killall -9 AudioComponentRegistrar

@hisefilo @lalalandsynth So guys where are we now?
Copy this list to add/remove tasks1 - With no chorus , no leslie, its still stereo , it might be the 2nd 3rd as they are panned and not sure if I am shutting them of with the Perc knob as that is assigned to keyclick.
2 - Keyclick might be too loud, optimal solution , make it settable via knob.
Or maybe it just too noticable panned like that ?3 - Leakage noise is weird , especially when you max it , not very helpful comment , not sure how it should sound ?
=> Limit knob to something like -12 to +2-3dB?4 - Audio dropouts when switching the PERC switch.
=> Replace bypass for SimpleGain modules5 - 100% Gui size feels a bit large on my monitor. 1920 x1080, definite switch to 75% for me. ?
6 - Prevent menu buttons to be savedInPreset
7 - Add logos
8 - Chorus should lose 3dB
9 - Leslie needs a full range IR of some sort for its saturation
-
@ustk will be tackling this tomorrow. I just compiled after many failed attempts. But the list will be reduced. I see Tuesday as a good day for release.
-
@hisefilo Ok cool
I thought you wanted a closer release...Have you pushed your last version? So I can work and avoid a merge

Yes, me too. But weekends are not good for releasing. Best day in the week is Tuesday in my opinion.
Yes, just pushed
