Hise Build failes on Mac.

Using the latest commit , latest Projucer , latest Xcode 11.
Trying to build HISE on MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 , will not build , plugin will not build either.
Marked as Semantic Issue in Xcode.

Also tried to go back one commit , still will not build.

Build fails with 29 errors , has anyone else built the latest Hise or is this just failing for me ?0

Yes, Going back by this one , does not even build on my Win machine.
Trying to find a stable one as the latest one builds on my Win but I cannot edit code in it :)

I am at a build from 17 days ago , still will not build, anyone have a number for a version that is verified as building?
Or am I doing something wrong ? Followed your video and its not that complicated so...dont know?

Trying to build that version you mentioned.

I am trying with the master Hise on the Mac until I can build something and I cannot export AU . Installed Xcpretty, but i get an error saying "The i386 architecture is deprecated , you should update your ARCHS setting.

Not much is working today , hehe

GNU/Linux VSTi yes, I haven't tried compiling it on a Mac so I can't say if the AU works, should do though.

Ok, managed to build the Jan 30 version , however when I build to Run , the build is a debug build , or the folder is called debug and the Hise icon is named Hise Debug , is that normal ?

@lalalandsynth You built the debug version. You need to select build for profiling in xcode instead.

Thanks @d-healey , finally have a working version , standalone and plugin !!

Managed the i386 issue as well , built an AU plug but it does not show up in Reaper for some reason .
Ends up in the component folder next to a "Hello world " example from Juce.
Juce AU "Hello" shows up in Reaper but not the AU I just made .
Obviously I have no idea why , build was successful.

Now trying VST and see if that shows up.
AND yes, it shows up as a VST on the Mac .

@lalalandsynth Hi! How did you managed the i386 issue? I use 10.3 Xcode, and can't export my plugin in any format :( . In al settings I chose x64 bit, unchecked 32.bit and still doesn't work. And I even can't to install Xcode 8, because I'm on Catalina. Is there something can help me else?)

@nouslou Looks like you're using a totally different version of Projucer than the one that comes with HISE. Which version are you using? And which version of HISE source code did you download?

@d-healey I have several: that one in Hise folder I can't to open at all. On the previous my screenshot I used the latest one. Right now I tried a little bit older version

But still doesn't work :( I downloaded Hise-master (2.1.0) folder from Christoph GitHub


and then the latest Scriptnode (but I don't know how to install it)

Delete all copies of the HISE source code that you have.

Download this branch - https://github.com/davidhealey/HISE/tree/features

Test if the version of Projucer that comes with that branch works for you, it doesn't work for some people, I don't know why.
