Midi Controller that sends Sysex to instrument

Hi, New to forum. I'm trying to build a VST that sends Sysex data to an instrument, a Pipe organ. All the stops are activated through this format. Unfortunately there is very little SYsex info that is easy to understand.

I have all the data in a midi file and have run that file through MidiOx. My hope is to be able to click a button on the VST interface that pulls the stop. Any help would be so appreciated.

Hi Frank, unfortunately, I removed all SysEx stuff from the internal HISE event system so your chances of successfully communicating with a device via SysEx with a HISE made plugin is rather small.

So rather small being like forget it? Can I use the platform and script a custom widget?

I do have a programming background albeit a bit rusty.
