Compiling with CodeBlocks

I was thinking on Windows, can the makefile be used on Windows?

Nope. But Projucer offers an Code Blocks Exporter, so things might work. But I wouldn't care about it. If Microsoft did one thing right, it's Visual Studio :)

But VS is so slow and big :p okay, I'll stick with VS to keep my sanity.
