Degrade module gain paremeter reads "undefined"

I am trying to use the degrade module under FX, however the signal is not getting through the module. When I investigated I noticed that the gain knob reads as "undefined" when at the zero position, and shows no number when the knob is turned. Additionally there is no option to connect gain to a knob via the parameterId menu. Is there a special trick too using the degrade module?

Yeah, I'll probably remove those mda plugins and tuck them away behind a DEPRECATED preprocessor so that new projects will not use it.

Use scriptnode, it has a bitcrusher and samplerate reducer.
