Mic load/purge status not saved

If I purge one or more mic positions, save the preset, close HISE and reload the preset all of the mics are reloaded. They should remember their purge status and the samples shouldn't be loaded if they were purged when the preset was saved. I notice it also reactivates samplers that I've bypassed too.

Nice catches. The sampler gets bypassed when the samples are loaded and unbypassed after the loading thread is finished, but it totally ignores if the sampler was bypassed at all. I'll fix this.

I'll also check the purge state, it should definitely restore it.
