IPP Mismatch on Windows

I've been struggling with getting my HISE plugin to build on Windows. I've tried installing IPP a few different ways but keep getting the same error. Anyone seen this problem before and know of a fix?

ERROR: IPP setting mismatch
You cannot compile a plugin with IPP if you have not compiled HISE with IPP.  
> Turn off the `UseIpp` setting in the Compiler settings of HISE and retry.ERROR: Export Error

For the record I'm building HISE in an automated workflow on GitHub Actions - so any changes I need to make to Projucer / HISE config will be through scripts and not through the UI

@eschirle that message is saying you haven't built HISE with IPP
