Sending Midi CC to control Hardware synths

Not sure if this has been asked before but I’m trying to figure out or see if it’s possible to send midi cc out from a HISE standalone app(not plugin) end goal would be to code a midi cc to a slider or button that could trigger that button or slider on a hardware keyboard?

@johnmike I've tried a lot in the last few weeks to send MIDI CC to an external controller, but it's not possible.
