Mac (Whitebox Packages) Installer issues

@David-Healey So I'm back. I signed the package manually (as you recommended) that worked, but the results are the same.
the installer is still broken

@VorosMusic It's a permission issue.

Before building the package run this command.

chmod -R 755 dirPath replace dirPath with the payload folder containing your plugins and standalone app.

I'm using a separate drive - should I copy the folder onto my desctop and try it there?

The only issue now seems to be a weird logic thing - it says the plugin is validated, but I can't find it in the list.
Going to try to restart the Mac

You probably need to clear the AU cache.

make sure you have given it a unique plugin code in the settings...Logic will only load one plugin for a given plugin code

Run auval -a do you see your plugin listed?

@VorosMusic That means the component was found but couldn't be opened. Double check the permissions. Also try with a simple test plugin.

@David-Healey I just forgot the stage of setting the permissions with your provided code "chmod -R 755" before packaging
