Scriptnode - Midi frequency

Hey guys, i created a midi node in my midichian and want to set a filter frequency to the frequency of the note(s) being played. now with the midi node - it gives me gate, velocity, note number and freqency, but when i connect the frequency out to the frequency of the filter nothing happens. any ideas?

@Ben-Catman You need to use the "note number" option, connect it to the converter node, set it to Midi2Freq
