HISE MIDI FX

@David-Healey I put it in my VST3 folder, open REAPER, load it on the track, and then ReaSynth. Trying play with transpose on/off, but it doesn't change sound. At least with VST3i I have sound, with MIDI FX I don't have sound at all.

@David-Healey that's interesting that when I compiled MIDI FX and put it on the track, my MIDI data doesn't reach the synth. So, looks like it just cannot send it to out.

I've built HISE from your (@David-Healey) repo, all went fine, except some warnings. Are they critical or could be ignored?

@si1n3rd You can usually safely ignore compiler warnings. As long as it builds successfully, that's all that matters.
If this is a special case I'm sure @David-Healey will weigh in.
