      hello guys, is everything ok?

I'm writing to you on this wonderful forum because I would like to know how I can create a "Limiter" with "True Peak" at 0db I used the Shape FX1 module it is very "soft" but unfortunately my mix exceeds the 0db threshold... Help me :)

I'm not sure you can do true peak using only the standard script nodes. I might be wrong. You can definitely do it with a custom node, or snex though.

I'm pretty sure true peak requires a specific upsamplimg algorithm

@griffinboy Thank you very much... Unfortunately I'm trying to try, but without results... Even when I insert the Dynamics module and insert the threshold at 0 db it exceeds the imposed level...

@micione90 A dynamic module isn't a "true peak soft clipping" system. Since it has an attack time, it can't respect a cold hard true peak value.

But if you use a linear algorithm instead (i.e. tanh or any linear distortion formula of your choice) and upsample as @griffinboy said, you should be good.

As a general rule, a max of x8 upsampling is more than enough to respect a true peak standard.

Can't help pressing F5 in the forum...
